We process all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your Shene account or using the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Please note: During peak periods such as sales events, new launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays by email.

We currently ship to all addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland with free standard delivery on every order.

International shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom. We are actively working to expand our delivery coverage to Europe and beyond. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Use the tracking link provided in your email to follow your parcel in real time from our warehouse to your door.
If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately.

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
Do I need to pay for shipping?

No — shipping is completely free on all UK orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum order value required.
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon.
How will my order be shipped?

We partner with reliable UK carriers. The best carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery address to ensure the fastest and safest delivery. All orders are fully tracked.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request an address change before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@shene.com as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped the delivery address cannot be modified.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We are so sorry if this has happened. Please contact our support team at hello@shene.com immediately. To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please include a photo of the received product, the care instruction tag showing the product code, and a photo of the shipping label on the package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 24 hours.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please check your tracking link first. If the tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@shene.com and we will investigate and resolve this for you immediately.
What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging and email it to hello@shene.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
