If you have not received a tracking email yet, your order may still be processing. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You can also email us directly with your order number and we will check it for you straight away.

Quick answers to the most common delivery questions.

When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received it after 3 business days, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@shene.store.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First check with a neighbour or in a safe place around your property as carriers sometimes leave parcels in secure locations. If you still cannot find it, email us at hello@shene.store with your order number and we will investigate immediately and arrange a resolution within 24 hours.
My tracking has not updated in several days. Is something wrong?

Tracking updates can sometimes pause for 1–2 days during transit, particularly over weekends or during busy periods. If there has been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at hello@shene.store and we will raise an investigation with the carrier straight away.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request an address change before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@shene.store as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched the delivery address cannot be changed — please contact the carrier directly in that case.
Do you offer next day delivery?

We currently offer standard tracked delivery only, which takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. We are working on adding express delivery options soon. Sign up to our email list to be notified when this launches.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please photograph the damaged item and the outer packaging and email it to hello@shene.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you immediately at no cost.
